Big announcement! There is a flash sale on the fall kits! They are marked down to $35 through this sunday so go check them out! I have another fall themed card for you today. I love owls and thought this little guy was so cute holding those leaves. I used the stamp Owl {bring fall greetings} from Unity Stamp Company and my fall stencil leaves. I first started with spraying the stencil with spray inks and then turned the stencil over and placed it over the clean cardstock. I then rubbed the stencil with my hand to make sure it made full contact with the paper. You can then gently pull up the stencil to reveal what the pattern looks like. Next I stamped the owl image on ivory colored cardstock and colored it in with some colored pencils. I then fussy cut around the image and put a layer of colored and textured scrapbook paper on the back and fussy cut around the image again to make a border. eI then stamped out the sentiment on the ivory cardstock and used the same textures scrapbook paper for the background and applied this to the card base at an angle to create some interest. I then took the twine and wrapped it in a circle a few times and place some glue on the card base and then again over the twine and held it down on the sides until it was tacky enough to stay. I placed some pop dots on the owl and placed it over the twine. I added some gold leaves to the sentiments and added some washi tape to the top and bottom of the card. All these materials were used from the Fall kit except the glue and spray inks were my own added in.
Have a wonderful day!

Good Evening! I am here to share with you a fall card made from the fall kit. This card is gorgeous and simple to make. All the items are available in the kit except for the spray inks, which you can purchase at any craft store. I started by laying the fall leaves stencil over the card base and then taking the spray inks and randomly spraying. I used a gold shimmer and burgundy spray. Once you sprayed to the desired color, lift up the stencil and you will be left with the sprayed shapes. If you wanted to use up the spray ink left on the stencil, you can take the stencil and apply it to some cardstock or another card base to create a different background. Below is what the card will look like once you remove the stencil. I used a gold shimmer spray ink and the photo shows this really well. The two spray in colors give this card a nice warm feeling. You can quicken the drying time by using a crafting heat gun. Once the spray inks are dry, you can stamp your image on the card. I used a stamp from Unity Stamp Company called Pumpkin Spice. Unity has some of the nicest rubber stamps that give a clean and crisp image. Next I stamped the sentiment on the card and added some brown sequins. I added some twine to the side of the card by wrapping it around the front of the folded card into the card and tied a bow. I put a dab of 3 in 1 glue on the bow knot to hold it in place. I also love to decorate the envelope so I stamped the sentiment on the back flap of the card and a partial image of the coffee cup on the front. This card is perfect to send to a friend or family member for fall greetings. Thank you so much for stopping by. Go check out the product for the kit and the stencils.
Have a wonderful night! Naomi Good afternoon! The fall kits are coming together nicely and I will soon have a full reveal for you. I've shown you bits and pieces and I have a couple more photos to show you. These first ever Woodland Fox Fall Kits are meant to stretch your creativity so I have included a bunch of different items to do that. This first kit includes items that you could go and purchase if you did not have any but I thought I would include them but of course I couldn't include everything without it costing a large amount so, some items, like an acrylic block for stamps and a paper trimmer may be on your shopping list and of course anything else you want to use! I am so excited for these 10 special boxes made with love to go out to their new homes and I'm excited to see what everyone creates! I will post how I used my box to give you some ideas. There will be more than enough materials to use in other projects if you would like. I love to be generous! Below I have posted some photos that show some of the paper and the stencil (it's on cardstock right now in the photo). Have a wonderful day!
Naomi Good afternoon! It is a gorgeous fall day and it's a Friday which means the end of the work week! What are your plans for this weekend? I am going to finalize the kits and the products and post the rest of the stencil pictures for you all to see.
I don't have any current projects to post or show but there will be examples coming soon using products with the kit that I will be offering so keep an eye out for that. I am really excited to be offering you these! Just a note that I only will be offering 10 kits, so if you are wanting to purchase one, please do so right away! Once you receive your kit, I would love to hear feedback on what you liked, didn't like, and let me know how they could be changed. Have a great day! Naomi Good Morning! I am so excited to share that I have started to work on the store portion for the website and I will have all my products listed and up shortly for everyone to look at.
I am really excited for the kit I am putting together for fall for you! I have a stamp or two from Unity Stamp Company, a stencil, some twine, washi tape, and some other fun embellishments that I am going to add to make it a fun kit. I will have a limited quantity for this fall one so if you see what you like when I post it, I suggest purchasing one! The idea behind the kit is that I wanted it to be one where you can explore your own creativity so that each one is not the exact same card or tag. I want everyone to have fun and stretch their creative minds but of course you can make the same style card for each one so the kit is versatile! Have a wonderful day! Naomi |
